Our customer service is available in English and German.

To ensure a prompt response, we may need to reply in English if there are extended waiting times.

Customer Service Priorities

Standard Priority

All those who are not blocked by us receive this priority. It is the priority that every ticket receives under the condition that you do not have a higher priority.

Silver Priority

Only donators, VIPs, former team members or competition winners receive this priority. This offers a faster response time by prioritizing your tickets.

Platinum Priority

Only partner, sponsors or special donors receive this priority. It offers a faster customer service through a direct contact person in our team who has an answer to everything!

No alternative contact

Our customer service is exclusively available through written chat support. We do not provide customer service calls via voice chats. Additionally, we do not offer private support through personal accounts. Please use our official accounts as the sole means of contacting us.

We do not provide public email support. Emails sent to us are automatically filtered into the spam folder and will not receive a response. Additionally, our partners or creators are not contact points for reaching us, and requests made through them will also be disregarded.
