This Code of Conduct applies to everyone who interacts with our platform:
users, community members, creators, developers, partners, and visitors.
Respect Above All
Every person deserves to be treated with basic respect — no exceptions.
We don’t tolerate hate, discrimination, or harassment, online or offline.
Clear, Honest Communication
Be transparent. Speak directly. Say what you mean — and mean what you say.
We don’t accept gaslighting, manipulation, or intentionally vague messaging.
Privacy Is a Right
We protect private information — ours and yours.
No leaks, no stalking, no doxxing. Boundaries are not negotiable.
Accountability Matters
We take responsibility for our words, actions, and their impact.
If you mess up, own it. Growth > denial.
No Spam, No Noise
Our platforms are made for real people and real interactions.
No mass promotion, fake engagement, or automated spam.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Aggression, intimidation, or threats (even subtle ones) result in removal.
This applies to DMs, forums, calls — everywhere.
Keep It Legal
We don’t host or tolerate illegal activity — not even “just links.”
That includes pirated content, scams, and bypass tools.
Stay Politically Neutral
This is not a political battleground.
No propaganda, polarizing slogans, or campaigns — no matter your stance.
Represent Fairly
If you use SndeTeam’s name, visuals, or work: do it with permission and accuracy.
Don’t fake partnerships or affiliations.
One Community, One Standard
Whether you're a casual visitor or official partner — the rules apply equally.
Nobody is above this Code.
Our Role as a Team
We lead by example. We build for others. We stay human.
As the team behind SndeTeam, we carry more than responsibility — we carry influence.
Every decision we make, every interaction we have, every message we post, shapes how others experience this space.
Our role is not just to manage.
It’s to guide, protect, and inspire. That means:
Acting with transparency, even when it’s hard
Making decisions based on what’s right, not just what’s popular
Communicating clearly — with care, not control
Holding ourselves to the same standards we expect from others
Accepting feedback, admitting mistakes, and improving in public
